(CNS): Staff at a law firm in Cayman have gotten into the holiday spirit by participating in the “Harneys Angels” project, purchasing Christmas gifts for children at the Nadine Andreas Residential Foster Home. Harneys employees were invited to pick an ornament from the firm’s Christmas tree, with each identifying a child, their age and their desired gift.

More than 24 gifts were donated, ensuring that every child at the foster home gets a present this Christmas.

Ghita Benlarbi, Harneys Angels team leader said, “It’s easy to get caught up in gift giving to those around you; it is important to share the spirit of giving with the broader community, including the kids at the foster home; they deserve to be just as happy as every other child.”

Nasaria Chollette, care manager at the home, thanked the company. “We are so grateful to Harneys for the generosity they have shown; the holidays are the perfect time for giving to those in need,” she said.

“We require assistance all year long and any help we get from the local community is always greatly appreciated.”
