(CNS Local Life): Charles Bodden, who has been with the company for more than 40 years, has won Flow’s Managing Directors Award for Excellence for 2016. A business-to-business service technician, Bodden was recognised at a recent all-colleague event. Victor Salgado, managing director of Flow Cayman Islands, said, “I was delighted to present this award to a shining star in our business. Charles has worked for the business for 43 years and has a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude no matter what the challenge.

“He’s dedicated, hardworking and day after day takes pride in supporting our customers and community at large. He is a key resource in support of after-hours call out and he always makes every effort to support his colleagues and customers.”

Each year Flow presents the award to an employee based on the demonstration of extraordinary dedication to his or her work and values such as integrity, excellence, teamwork, responsiveness, innovation and inclusion. The management team makes the nominations.
