Needs Assessment Unit donates for Christmas
Santa helps NAU spread Christmas cheer
(CNS Local Life): Staff of the Needs Assessment Unit (NAU) took up an internal collection to sponsor a number of families for Christmas in both Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. The recipients were chosen based on their circumstances and their continual efforts to improve their situations. However, the small number chosen are only a fraction of the clientele that fits this description.
On Wednesday, 21 December 2016, the families were invited to the new NAU office, on the first floor of Aqua Mall in George Town, to receive their gifts and have their pictures taken with Santa. In addition to the money the NAU raised, donations were also received from the Ministry of Financial Services, Commerce and Environment, and the General Registry as well as members of the public.
