Airline staff rock their socks for a good cause

(CNS Local Life): Cayman Airways staff showed off their colourful footwear as they participated in the “Rock Your Socks” global initiative on behalf of World Down Syndrome Day, 21 March 2017. Organised by the airline’s social committee, the employees did their part to help raise positive awareness of Down Syndrome along with money for the Special Needs Foundation of Cayman.

The sock-wearing personnel, who represented various departments of the company – reservations, maintenance, city ticket office, finance and human resources – raised more than $133 over the course of the day. The company then matched that figure for a total donation of $266 going to the charity.
