CITA staff during Restaurant Month in 2015

(CNS Local Life): The Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) is preparing for this year’s Restaurant Month, with the main objective increasing traffic to restaurants during an otherwise slower season. Throughout October, people will be able to dine affordably at some of Cayman’s best restaurants, which will offer set-price menus and multiple-course meals.

The menus for the lunches and dinners will consist of two or three courses costing $10, $15 or $20, or $25, $35 or $45, respectively. Some restaurants will also feature drink pairings for an additional but minimal cost, stated a CITA press release.

Tiffany Dixon-Ebanks, CITA executive director, is encouraging restaurants to sign up for the promotion. “Each year we realise an increasing number of visitors and locals who truly anticipate this month of exceptional value,” she said.

To include a restaurant in the promotion, call (949-8522) or email CITA.
