(CNS Local Life): The National Trust for the Cayman Islands has announced that Butterfield Group will be sponsoring its annual summer camp, aimed at educating children about Cayman’s cultural and historic heritage. The “Heritage Heroes” camp, set for 23 July to 3 August, will take place at Dart Park.

Through the programme, children will also learn how their own efforts can help to preserve the islands’ beauty, stated a Trust press release.

The camp is organised as part of the Trust’s education programme, whose objective is to increase public awareness and support for the environmental and historic initiatives on island.
