Text message circulated NOT from CI Postal Service
The Cayman Islands Postal Service has received numerous calls this afternoon (Tuesday, 20 August 2019) from customers who received a text message claiming to be from the Post Office and displaying the Postal Service logo. The text message claims to be about a promotion, with a Galaxy phone as the give-away.
The Postal Service categorically denies sending out any such message nor does it have such an ongoing promotion.
The matter is being investigated.
