Rundown flies over to the Brac
(CNS): The 17-member cast and crew of the perennially popular Cayman National Cultural Foundation (CNCF) show, Rundown, are getting a free flight to Cayman Brac courtesy of Cayman Airways, to perform there this weekend.
Tracie Watler, CNCF marketing and development specialist, thanked the airlines for its largesse. “The Cayman National Cultural Foundation is very grateful to Cayman Airways for once again sponsoring the Brac performance, enabling the cast to travel there and put on a show at the Aston Rutty Civic Centre,” she said.
“Over the decades, Rundown has been a staple in the Cayman Islands community, including our Sister Islands, so taking the show on the road to the Brac has always been important to us, and we couldn’t do it without the support of Cayman Airways.”
Rundown will be performed Friday, 5 June 2015. Doors will open at 7pm with a start time of 8pm. Tickets, at CI$15 for adults and CI$10 for youth/seniors, will be on sale at the door.
Olivia Scott Ramirez, Cayman Airways marketing and public relations manager, said the national carrier was happy to help. “Cayman Airways is a proud supporter of culture and the arts in the Cayman Islands so we’re thrilled to sponsor, and welcome, the Rundown cast and crew aboard our exclusive inter-island service as they take the show on the road to the Brac.”
