RCIPS officers’ 30 years of service
(CNS Local Life): Three police officers recently celebrated 30 years of service to the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. In August 1989, Police Inspector Rudolph Gordon, Police Inspector Eustace Joseph and Senior Police Constable Stephen Myers joined our ranks after being trained locally as police constables, an RCIPS release said.
DCI counter opening late
The Department of Commerce and Investment (DCI) counter will open at 10am on Monday, 7 October, in order to facilitate a staff meeting. DCI staff apologises for any inconvenience the late opening may cause.
Scotts top squash league
(CNS): Scott’s Equipment are riding high at the top of the Bakertilly Corporate Squash League with 247 points after the second week of play under the new scoring system. Walkers were matched against PWC, while PMG played Bedell Cristin and Scotts Equipment took on Bakertilly. Grant Thornton were on the bench this week.
