Girls mentoring programme launched
(CNS Local Life): Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of the Cayman Islands, in partnership with John Gray High School (JGHS), has launched a new group-mentoring programme for young females: “Go Girls!”. The initiative, designed for girls ages 11-13, focuses on physical activity, balanced eating and self-esteem.

Applications open for youth ambassadors
(CNS Local Life): The Youth Services Unit (YSU) has opened applications for people interested in becoming Cayman Islands Youth Ambassadors. The YSU is looking for “dynamic and community-minded Caymanian youth” between the ages of 18 and 27, for the programme, whose goal is to prepare young people for present and future leadership roles.
