EMS staff teach safety to the public
(CNS Local Life): In recognition of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week, 19-25 May, the Health Services Authority’s (HSA) medical first responders hosted safety sessions throughout the island, teaching members of the public hands-only CPR and how to stop bleeding as well as demonstrating the proper usage of car seats.
EMS demonstrates lifesaving practices
(CNS Local Life): The Health Services Authority (HSA) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team is hosting events Tuesday, 21 May as part of EMS week, which runs through Friday. To mark “Safety Tuesday”, EMS staff will be at two supermarkets to provide the public with “hands-on lifesaving practices”.
