Students spell their way to the top
(CNS Local Life): John Gray High School student Toni-Ann Daley has been crowned champion of the 33rd annual Lion’s Club of Grand Cayman Secondary Spelling Bee Competition. Christon Asa Ferguson from Creek & Spot Bay Primary School in Cayman Brac took top honours in the RBC Royal Bank 19th annual Primary Spelling Bee Competition.

(CNS Local Life): Primary and secondary school students across the Cayman Islands are preparing to vie for the title of best speller, with the 33rd annual Lions Club of Grand Cayman Secondary Spelling Bee Competition set for Wednesday, 7 December and the 19th annual RBC Royal Bank Primary Spelling Bee Competition the following day.

(CNS): The annual national spelling bees ended in tense tiebreakers for both primary and secondary school students at finals held on 1 and 2 December. In the 32nd Lions Club of Grand Cayman Secondary Schools Spelling Bee, 14 students vied for the title.
