Under-15 football competition takes on bullying
(CNS): The West Bay Sports Foundation (WBSF), which is organising the Cayman Airways Invitational Youth Football Cup being held this month, has launched an anti-bullying campaign ahead of the tournament. The “Say No to Bullying” initiative utilises social media and is open to all local primary schools to help raise awareness about the problem.
Community celebrates the Earth at Botanic Park
(CNS): The Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, together with the Tourism Attraction Board, hosted their firstEarth Day fair on Sunday, 24 April. Almost 600 people came to show their support for the annual environmental-awareness campaign, which was officially celebrated around the world on 22 April. The day was filled with organic food, drinks, tours and other activities.
CIFEC students build golf cart for charity
