Forbes comes up short in the hurdles

(CNS Local Life): Cayman Islands hurdler Ronald Forbes failed to make the finals for the 110m race in the 2018 Commonwealth Games after he came in 6th with a time of 13.88 in the heats. However, he said he had no regrets even though he had hoped to lower the time a little bit more. “It was the best that I had on this day and I held nothing back. I raced to the best of my ability, regardless of what the results show,” he said.

“I would have really liked to have been back in that final,” he added. “I’ve been there before; I know what it takes and unfortunately today, the time that I’ve run is not finals worthy.”
