Caymanian lawyer admitted to the Bar
(CNS): Paul Ebanks, an associate in Ogier’s investment funds and corporate practice, has been admitted to the Cayman Islands Bar. Ebanks, who joined Ogier in 2014 as an articled clerk and completed his legal training with the firm, has trained in the UK, Cayman Islands and the US.
Ebanks has more than 10 years’ experience in the Cayman Islands financial-services industry, with seven years directly in the investment funds arena.
Ogier’s regional managing partner James Bergstrom, said: “Ogier is proud to continue fostering and growing local talent.
“Paul is the third Caymanian trainee lawyer from Ogier to have been called to the Bar in the past 12 months. We are pleased he has accepted a position in Ogier’s investment funds team, joining fellow Caymanian admissions from 2015, Cline Glidden, in the local practice team and Nicosia Lawson in the dispute resolution team.”
