Pluto visits with Lighthouse students

(CNS Local Life): Disney characters, along with crew of the Disney Magic cruise ship, visited the Lighthouse School to deliver early holiday cheer to both students and teachers. The visit, organised by Disney Cruise Lines in conjunction with the Ministry and Department of Tourism, featured Disney characters Mickey Mouse and Pluto alongside crewmembers who donate their spare time to benefit worthwhile causes at ports of call.

On hand to help pass out Christmas gifts to the students was Councillor for the Ministry of Tourism David Wight and Director of Tourism Rosa Harris, stated a press release.

The ministry and department support and seek to ensure that cruise partnerships have social components that benefit the Caymanian community, the release said.
