(CNS Local Life): Students at the International College of the Cayman Islands are now getting help in their efforts to target the right career path for them and then reaching their goals. Local recruitment agency Nova is now partnering with ICCI to support students of the college in their career search, offer career advice, resume and interview preparation. The newly redesigned careers services program is geared to toward helping local talent into careers they love, a release from Nova stated.

The partnership was announced on 23 August at ICCI’s quarterly career readiness day, which provides an opportunity for the students, alumni, instructors and members from the business community to come together and share ideas.

Louise Reed, Client Relationship and Business Development Manager at Nova said, “We are extremely proud to work with ICCI and help their students get career ready. As a passionate advocate for training and development, myself and our recruitment team are delighted to help the students at ICCI with careers advice and beyond. We’re a passionate team whose aim is to help Caymanians find the career they are looking for with long term prospects.”

Dr Coon, International College President said, ”I am excited by the prospect of this partnership with Nova recruitments as it provides ICCI students with a definite edge in the job market, helping them to get that raise, promotion or even start a new career.”
