Auntie’s answer: Actually, the police have already streamlined the process. You can now submit and pay for an application for a police clearance certificate online here through the government’s e-services portal.
The only time you have to physically go to the RCIPS Criminal Records Office, which is located in Windjammer Plaza on Walkers Road, is to pick up the certificate.
All other police-related forms can be found on the RCIPS website.
