(CNS Local Life): The Cayman Islands Kids Gaelic Football Club will be hosting another ‘Easter COOL Camp’ from Monday, 15 April to Thursday, 18 April, which will focus on learning and developing skills, while also having fun. The camp is open to children of all abilities in the sport between the ages of 6 and 14.

Over the four days, the youngsters will learn the Gaelic football techniques of running, passing, kicking and tackling along with movement, agility and teamwork using a multi-sport approach to develop overall skills, said the club in a press release.

No prior experience in the sport is necessary, with the camp located at the Cayman International School field. In case of inclement weather, the camp, which runs from 8:30am to 12pm daily, will move to indoor facilities at CIS.

The cost of the camps is $100 for the first child and $50 for each sibling, with discounts available for families under financial pressure. Registration will close once 70 attendees are confirmed or on Thursday, 11 April at 6pm, and payment must be made in advance.
