Riding school jumps into late Christmas show
(CNS): Cayman Riding School recently celebrated Christmas in January, due to a rain-delayed holiday event. The Christmas Horse Show, held at the school, located in Savannah, featured decorated trees and a fancy dress competition in addition to riding displays.
CIASA makes a splash with weekend celebration
(CNS): The Cayman Islands Amateur Swimming Association (CIASA) recently recognised the achievements of the community’s young swimmers while encouraging the next group of hopefuls in the sport. Mercuryman attracts international triathletes
(CNS): The fourth annual Generali Mercuryman, the Cayman Islands’ only half-iron distance triathlon, attracted both local and overseas professional athletes competing in the various events at the 17 January races. Runners step up for Special Needs Foundation
(CNS): The ‘50/50’ $50,000 marathon appeal to raise funds towards programmes for children supported by the Special Needs Foundation of Cayman (SNFC) has passed its target.
