Careers fair draws hundreds of students
(CNS Local Life): More than 500 students visited the recent second annual Cayman Academy careers fair, held at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI). Among the displays at the fair, at which 35 public and private entities exhibited, were robotics, drones, test tubes illustrating medical blood work, drug-sniffing dogs, and weather information-gathering tools.
Cayman Academy hosts careers fair
(CNS): For the first time in its 50-year history as a secondary school, Cayman Academy has hosted a careers fair for its students and seniors from other interested schools. All together, 11 organisations took the opportunity to exhibit and offer career advice at the fair, held Monday, 21 March, in the school’s auditorium.
Careers fair opens students to job opportunities
(CNS): Year 9 and 11 students at John Gray High School (JGHS) had the opportunity to learn about a wide range of professions in Cayman’s business community at the school’s annual Careers Fair, organised by the Career Services Unit in the Department of Education Services and the JGHS Life Skills Department.
