Campers learn about Cayman’s traditions

National Museum hosts tasty celebration
(CNS): The Cayman Islands National Museum is celebrating all things mango Saturday, 16 July, from 3pm-8pm. The first annual Mango Season at the Museum is free and open to the public. Among the attractions are food and mango products, a mango peeling and eating competition, music by local artists, and arts and crafts for children.

New stamps mark museum’s quarter century
(CNS): The Cayman Islands Postal Service has issued a new stamp series to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Cayman Islands National Museum. The four-set series, a collaboration between the two entities, features various artefacts from the museum collection.
