Liquor licence holders require trade and business licence
The Department of Commerce of Investment wishes to advise current holders of liquor licences, without a trade and business licence, to submit an application to the Trade and Business Licensing Board before 31 August.
Liquor Licensing Board quarterly meeting
The Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Board advises the public of the Liquor Licensing Board quarterly meeting to be held on Friday, 26 June. Application forms are now being accepted and can be found here. Forms should be submitted via email no later than 5 June to info@dci.gov.ky to be considered for this meeting.
Liquor licensees with restaurant licence not permitted to deliver liquor with food
The Liquor Licensing Boards of the Cayman Islands advise licensees with a restaurant licence that they are not permitted to do deliveries with food. Liquor licence holders are further advised that deliveries are only permitted under certain categories of licences of the Liquor Licensing Law with approval of the Liquor Licensing Board.
