This notice is in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Liquor Licensing Law (2019 Revision) which gives the Chairman authority to grant variations subject to ratification by the Board at its next regular session.
The following variation has been requested:
a) Current location:
Royal Palms Beach Club T/A Ristorante Prima, Block 12E, Parcel 84, 537 West Bay Road, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Proposed location: Dart Enterprises Ltd. T/A Dart, Block 12D, Parcel 95, 89 Nexus Way, Camana Bay, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Any member of the public who wishes to object to the aforementioned must do so in writing addressed to: The Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Board, Department of Commerce & Investment, 133 Elgin Avenue, Government Administration Building, Suite 126, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands or via email at info@dci.gov.ky at least seven days prior to the date of the meeting.
Anyone who has given to the Chairman seven days’ notice of objection may also appear and ask for the revocation or discontinuance of any existing license.
