Tourism staffer earns employee honours
(CNS Local Life): Wesrol Nyack, of the Department of Tourism, has been named Cayman Islands Employee of the Month for October, with Deputy Governor Franz Manderson recognising the achievement in a ceremony held Tuesday, 11 December. Nyack, a technical support analyst, received the honour for delivering an “outstanding customer experience”.
RCIPS pays tribute to Mark Luke
(CNS Local Life): More than 60 people gathered at the Joint Marine Base in Newlands to celebrate the life and service of SPC Mark Luke, a former member of the unit and beloved colleague who passed away after a long battle with cancer in August.
Governor tours govt administration building
(CNS Local Life): Governor Martyn Roper visited the Government Administration Building Thursday, 8 November, guided by Deputy Governor Franz Manderson, with the familiarisation exercise spanning various ministries and portfolios, their sections and units. During the tour, the governor was introduced to all staff and ministers present by chief officers.
Guest speaker inspires Frances Bodden residents

Gov’t works on framework to monitor prisons
