Orchid sale and growing tips at QEII Botanic Park

Brac garbage collection resumes Thursday
The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) wishes to inform Cayman Brac customers that garbage collection services will be fully operational again as of tomorrow, 23 June. DEH wishes to apologize to the Brac community for the short suspension and looks forward to resuming the services to the island tomorrow.

CAA to return to office on reduced hours
Following the recent announcement by the Cayman Islands Government regarding the safe reopening of business, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands (CAACI) will resume a phased re-opening of the Grand Harbour offices on Monday, 13 July. Initial opening hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:30am – 1:00pm.
Elgin Avenue infrastructure upgrade
The Water Authority will be carrying out works to upgrade the water supply infrastructure along Elgin Avenue on Sunday, 12 July between 4:00 am – 12:00 pm. Customers along Elgin Avenue, between Cricket Square and the Hospital Road intersection, and portions of Claude Hill Road will experience water service outage.
District clinics resume normal operating hours
Given the reduction in the government’s COVID-19 pandemic suppression levels, the district health clinics of the Health Services Authority (HSA) have changed their opening hours to the following times:
DVDL offices to reopen Monday
The Department of Vehicle and Driver’s Licensing (DVDL) advises the public that all its office locations will re-open with normal hours of operation, starting on Monday, 13 July. Driving tests are scheduled to commence on July 20.
