Judicial Administration responds to shutdown until Saturday
Magistrates Court: Drug Court Thursday 26 March 2020 – everyone required to attend at the Drug Court must return on 9 April at 2:00pm. People currently on random protocols must continue to call in.
Extensions for Annual Returns and Economic Substance Notifications
The Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) have extended the deadlines for entities to complete their annual returns and economic substance notification filings.
DEH service delivery changes
In accordance with the civil service’s COVID-19 Continuation of Operations Plan, the Department of Environmental Health (DEH) will be implementing changes to its service delivery and management from Friday, 27 March until further notice. These changes are necessary to manage the welfare of DEH employees while ensuring the delivery of essential services from the department.
DCFS provides additional numbers
The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is providing the following non-emergency numbers for weekdays, 8.30am to 5pm: 925-5120 or 926-6853 (Grand Cayman) and 929-7932 (Cayman Brac). NAU reduces client-facing opening hours
The Needs Assessment Unit (NAU) has amended its customer-facing office hours with immediate effect, as a means of supporting social distancing and the government’s enhanced COVID-19 containment measures.
